The aim of the ODA project is to construct a total national and electronic service concept to support self-care and self-management. By using these services, citizens can have all the information pertaining to their well-being at their disposal and can process this data online with the help of the available medical expertise. The service unites data from the customer data systems, customer's self-assessments, and follow-up data. ODA is part of the governmental spearhead project that involves digitalization and customer-oriented approach.
