CEO

Tommi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Helsinki and an MBA from TKK/Aalto University. He has been working at Mediconsult since 2002.

Antti Kokkonen

Business Director, Healthcare Services, Deputy CEO

Antti holds an Executive MBA (eMBA), a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in Engineering. He has been with Mediconsult since 2009.

Minna Leiviskä

Chief Financial Officer

Minna holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (M.Sc. Econ.) and has been working at Mediconsult since 2022.

Kristiina Moilanen

Business Director,
Social Welfare and Rehabilitation

Kristiina holds a Diploma in Business Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has been working at Mediconsult since 2020.

Tom Puusola

Chief Operating Officer

Tom has worked in executive positions for companies and business units in the IT sector for nearly 30 years. He joined Mediconsult in 2023.

Hanne Bergholm

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Hanne holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (M.Sc. Econ.)  and Specialist Vocational Qualification in Communication Management. She has been working at Mediconsult since 2022.

Laura Virros 

Director, Sales and account management

Laura holds a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering and has been working at Mediconsult since 2025.

Chief Information Officer

Päivi holds an eMBA in Information Management and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications. She has been working at Mediconsult since 2021.

Anita serves on the boards of several growth companies and is an experienced growth builder. She has extensive and diverse experience in the financial sector. Anita holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Eetu Blomqvist

Board Member, Juuri Partners Oy

Eetu serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Juuri Partners, focusing particularly on supporting the technology and digitalization projects of target companies. Prior to joining Juuri Partners, he has worked extensively in the IT sector both in Finland and abroad. Eetu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Petri Pitkäranta

Board Member, Governance Professional

Petri is an experienced governance professional and advisor. He has held CEO and senior management positions across various industries. Currently, he serves on the boards of six companies. Petri's expertise in social and healthcare services was developed as CEO of Mikeva Oy and as a board member of Medivida Oy. This enthusiastic badminton player holds a Master of Science in Engineering.

Tommi is a long-term employee and one of the owners of Mediconsult. He has been involved in the development of the patient information system Mediatria throughout its entire existence. Tommi holds a Master's degree in software engineering.

Ville Salaspuro

Ville has been with Mediconsult since his student days and is one of the owners. He holds a doctorate in medicine with a special qualification in healthcare information technology.

Sami is an experienced professional in ICT strategy, architecture, platforms, operating models, and IT management. He has extensive experience in the financial sector and has worked as a consultant in various IT roles. Sami holds a Master's degree in engineering.
