Gosta transcribes the client visit and drafts a structured record, which the professional reviews and approves. The final decision always rests with the professional. Mediconsult’s customers will be able to adopt the Gosta AI assistant as part of Mediconsult’s existing offering. According to Gosta, AI-assisted documentation can reduce the time spent on documentation by up to 75 percent, meaning 10 minutes of documentation can shrink to three. The professional is always responsible for the final decision.
The partnership strengthens the role of modern technology in social and healthcare client information systems. When documentation runs more smoothly, professionals have more time for their clients.
