Mediconsult has been certified according to the ISO 27001 information security standard in May 2026. This internationally recognized standard demonstrates that the company’s information security management is systematic, independently audited, and subject to continuous improvement.
ISO 27001 certification confirms that Mediconsult has implemented a comprehensive information security management system. This ensures that information is handled confidentially, its accuracy and integrity are maintained, and it is accessible to authorized parties when required. This is particularly critical in the demanding social and healthcare environment.
The certification provides customers and stakeholders with assurance that information security risks are identified, assessed, and managed in a structured manner, and that operations are continuously developed in line with internationally recognized standards.
Mediconsult has been operating in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements for an extended period and has maintained its information security management system as an integral part of its daily operations. The formal certification process was initiated in March 2026.
