Mediconsult reaches the milestone of turning 50

In 2025, we proudly celebrate our half-century journey at the heart of social and healthcare information system development in Finland.

Mediconsult was registered in the Trade Register of Finland on August 29, 1975. We began our journey as a consulting unit supporting medical research, but soon shifted our focus to information systems for the social and healthcare sector– a field that has provided us with continuous opportunities for growth.


For 50 years, we have remained pioneers in the rapidly evolving social and healthcare IT sector. This has required close collaboration with our clients, understanding their current and future needs, and a determined commitment to developing expertise at the forefront of technology.
